Do you offer warranties on new build homes?
All new build properties come with a 10 year NHBC warranty and insurance. Standard defects are covered by our 12 months defects warranty, which includes workmanship and materials that we have provided.

The length of time taken to build a new home will depend on a number of factors, but as a multi trade company we have the resources to keep project timescales to a minimum.
